OXEFIT XP1

TRAIN SMARTER. MOVE BETTER. PERFORM STRONGER.

OxeFit XP1 combines digitally controlled resistance, integrated force plates, and real-time performance data to create a highly personalized strength and movement training experience.

BEST FOR

Strength · Power · Balance · Mobility · Performance

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing and non-slip athletic shoes.
  • Secure loose clothing, shoelaces, long hair, and anything that could interfere with the cables or moving parts.
  • Use your individual OxeFit profile so your training data and progress can be tracked accurately.
  • An Apparati team member will help select the exercise, attachment, resistance, and training settings for your session.

PLEASE NOTE: OxeFit is a resistance-training system. If you have a recent injury, significant joint or musculoskeletal concerns, balance limitations, or another condition that may affect your ability to safely exercise, check with your healthcare provider and an Apparati team member before use

HOW TO USE THE OXEFIT XP1

1. SELECT YOUR PROFILE

Sign into your OxeFit profile before beginning.

This allows the system to track your performance and build a more accurate picture of your strength, mobility, balance, and progress over time.

2. CHOOSE YOUR EXERCISE

An Apparati team member will help select the movement and appropriate attachment for your training goal.

Depending on the exercise, you may use the barbell, handles, harness, or another XP1 attachment.

3. GET INTO POSITION

Step carefully onto the platform and position yourself for the selected movement.

Make sure your stance, grip, range of motion, and attachment setup feel correct before resistance is loaded.

4. SET YOUR DIGITAL RESISTANCE

Your resistance is selected directly on the screen and can be adjusted in precise 1-pound increments.

An Apparati team member can help choose an appropriate starting load based on your ability and the purpose of the exercise.

5. LOAD THE CABLES

Once you are securely positioned, load the resistance as directed.

Do not step away from the platform or change attachments while the cables are under tension.

6. MOVE WITH CONTROL

Follow the on-screen guidance and perform each repetition through the intended range of motion.

Depending on your training mode, the system may change how resistance behaves throughout the movement.

7. FOLLOW YOUR PERFORMANCE

OxeFit captures information about your movement and performance while you train.

Use the feedback as a guide for consistency and quality rather than simply trying to produce the biggest number.

8. UNLOAD BEFORE YOU MOVE

When your set is complete, press UNLOAD and wait until all cable tension has been released before stepping off the platform or changing your setup.

WHAT TO EXPECT

OxeFit feels different from a traditional cable machine because the resistance is digitally controlled.

Instead of adding physical weight plates, resistance is selected on screen and applied through the cables.

Depending on the exercise and training mode, you may notice the resistance change between repetitions or even during different portions of the same movement.

The XP1's integrated force plates and sensors also allow the system to capture information about how you produce force and move, giving you feedback that traditional strength equipment cannot provide.

HOW IT WORKS

DIGITAL STRENGTH + PERFORMANCE DATA

OxeFit combines several training and measurement capabilities within one system.

DIGITAL RESISTANCE

The XP1 replaces traditional weight stacks with computer-controlled cable resistance.

Loads can be adjusted in 1-pound increments, allowing resistance to be matched closely

to your ability and training goal.

FORCE PLATE TECHNOLOGY

Integrated force plates measure how you interact with the platform during movement.

This allows OxeFit to assess performance characteristics such as weight distribution, symmetry, force production, and movement quality.

ADVANCED TRAINING MODES

OxeFit can change how resistance behaves depending on the purpose of the exercise.

Training options can include eccentric or concentric overload, variable resistance, adaptive loading, perturbation training, tempo guidance, and other advanced modes selected for your goals.

REAL-TIME FEEDBACK

Your performance is measured as you train, providing data that can be used to evaluate your current ability and monitor changes over time.

WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE

Depending on your exercise and training mode, you may notice:

  • Resistance changing throughout a movement
  • Differences between your left and right sides
  • Greater awareness of your balance and positioning
  • A stronger challenge during certain portions of a rep
  • Immediate feedback about your performance
  • Muscles working differently than they do with traditional weights

Different OxeFit settings are designed to create different training experiences, so not every session will feel the same.

HOW THIS FITS INTO YOUR APPARATI EXPERIENCE

OxeFit XP1 gives Apparati a way to train and measure movement at the same time.

It can be used to build strength and power, but its integrated assessments and performance data also make it useful for understanding balance, mobility, symmetry, and how your physical capacity changes over time.

That makes OxeFit especially valuable within a broader performance or longevity routine where the goal is not simply to work harder, but to measure where you are, train intentionally, and track what changes.

Not sure which OxeFit exercises or training modes are right for you? Ask an Apparati team member to tailor your session to your goals.

GET MORE FROM YOUR SESSION

USE YOUR OWN PROFILE

Your training data becomes more valuable over time. Using your individual profile allows OxeFit to build a consistent record of your performance.

PRIORITIZE MOVEMENT QUALITY

More resistance is not automatically better. Use a load that allows you to maintain good positioning and a controlled range of motion.

LET THE TRAINING MODE DO ITS JOB

If your session uses an advanced resistance setting, the weight may behave differently than you expect.

Follow the movement rather than trying to fight or outsmart the system.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATA

Strength is only one part of performance. Balance, symmetry, range of motion, velocity, and force can provide additional insight into how your body is performing.

TRACK THE TREND

A single session gives you a snapshot. Repeated measurements allow you and the Apparati team to see how your performance changes over time.

CHECK IN WITH YOUR BODY

Your workout should feel challenging while still allowing you to move with control. If an exercise, resistance level, or setup does not feel right, let an Apparati team member know so we can adjust it.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Make sure the cables are fully unloaded before stepping off the platform or changing attachments.

Give yourself a moment to recover after demanding sets, particularly if your session included high resistance or advanced training modes.

Hydrate, notice how your body feels, and continue into the rest of your training or your next Apparati modality
