Apparati Smartgym & Wellness Pro

  1. Payment Terms
    • All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
    • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.
  2. Membership & Services
    • Purchased memberships, packages, and sessions are non-transferable.
    • Sessions must be booked in advance through the Apparati mobile app or front desk.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be charged in full.
  3. Liability Waiver
    • By using Apparati facilities and services, the client agrees to assume all risks related to fitness and wellness activities.
    • Apparati Smartgym & Wellness Pro is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.
  4. Refund Policy
    • All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of double charge, billing error, or service unavailability.
  5. Privacy & Data
    • Apparati may collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
