Payment Terms
- All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.

Membership & Services
- Purchased memberships, packages, and sessions are non-transferable.
- Sessions must be booked in advance through the Apparati mobile app or front desk.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be charged in full.

Liability Waiver
- By using Apparati facilities and services, the client agrees to assume all risks related to fitness and wellness activities.
- Apparati Smartgym & Wellness Pro is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.

Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of double charge, billing error, or service unavailability.
